PASSWORD AND PROFILE CHANGES
You must be a registered user (dealers, service providers, sellers) to change your password. First sign-in, then click on MY DIRECTIQUES followed by selecting Change Password. Complete the appropriate sections on the screen then click on UPDATE.
You must be a registered dealer or service provider to change your profile. First sign-in, then click on MY DIRECTIQUES followed by selecting 'Change Dealer Profile' (dealers) or 'Change My Profile' (service providers and sellers). Update the appropriate data on the page and continue through the process by clicking Next Step until you reach the confirm screen, then click on UPDATE.
Your email address may be your username. If you change your email address in your profile, make sure to use your new email address when you log back into Directiques.
